Kiwi Inn Hotel

I booked one night and ended up extending by six hours. The staff were friendly, and the hospitality, atmosphere, and ambience were all great. The food was good, and service and solutions came quickly. Everything I expected from the hotel was delivered. I haven't stayed at their Ujjain branch, but I'm sure it's just as good. A 10/10 experience, truly recommended.

The staff, especially Siya and Yogita, were friendly and cooperative, and the support team helped too. Our booking was for two family suites with four beds each and one two-bed room. Rooms were clean and well maintained, and there were several places to visit nearby. A good hotel and worth staying at.

We booked Kiwi Inn through an online platform, but the manager moved us to another hotel instead of honoring the confirmed booking, apparently because another traveler had offered a better deal. It felt like cheating and was completely unethical. The staff, especially the manager, were arrogant and unprofessional, with no sense of responsibility or customer service. We got no apology or accountability and were treated as if we were at their mercy. Kiwi Inn was a terrible choice for a pleasant stay in Indore. I strongly don't recommend it.

The rooms were bad and there was no service. At booking, they offered a combined stay deal for Ujjain and Indore, but at check-in staff said no such service was available. The Indore branch staff were awful. I asked them to install the TV, and they ignored it for two days. They just say sorry and move on without fixing anything.
