Kyriad Hotel Indore by Othpl

Room service food was a highlight. The veg Manchurian and virgin mojito I ordered were top class. This was my first visit to Indore, and the hotel felt like a strong 4 star choice, even if it may not be in the 5 star category. My room and restroom were clean and up to the mark. The staff were welcoming, parking was ample, and the hotel is right on the main road. I also appreciated getting a thank you email after checkout. Well done, team.

The food was good and enjoyable, but the room and especially the washroom need work. The room felt small next to those in other hotels, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom was very cramped and looked outdated, with old, rusty taps and shower fixtures and an unpleasant smell. Better bathroom upkeep and more room space would make the experience much better.

Even though we booked a table at the last minute, we were seated on time and the food came out quickly. Chitra Ma'am was polite and her recommendations were spot on, which made the meal better. I’d happily come back again.

We spent 3 nights here, and the staff were supportive throughout. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent. Really appreciated the service. Thank you, Milid sir, Chitra mam, Hemant sir, and everyone on the staff.
