There was no lift, and nobody helped carry bags up to the higher floors. I also had to pay extra on arrival, even though that was supposed to be the discount for paying online in advance. The rooms and upholstery were in horrible shape. I attached photos of the walls inside and the blanket.

There was cigarette smoke throughout the room, ash on the bedsheet, and more in the cabinets. The cover sheets were badly stained. When I asked for clean ones, they said it was only ash and they had no clean linen. The towels were dirty too. On weekends, shady girls and boys come to party here, and you can hear them talking loudly and trashing the place all night. If you care even a little about hygiene or basic decency, stay somewhere else. Don’t be fooled by the pictures or good reviews. I wish reviews could give zero or negative stars. Please don’t go near this property.

The bathroom was good, and the balcony was the one nice feature. Staff were also responsive when I raised things. But the room wasn’t clean, and the bedsheet was dirty. The towel was old and torn, and the bed was too short for me, even though I’m only 5'8. For what the room cost, the quality wasn’t good.

The staff were very rude, and the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. The hotel’s location wasn’t appropriate either. The TV and AC were third-rate and didn’t work properly.
