The room smelled of cigarettes throughout, and the lights and AC didn’t work properly. There was no hot water either, and the rooms weren’t clean. This hotel isn’t suitable for families. Booking it was the worst decision ever, and I wouldn’t trust the Google reviews since I think they’re all fake.

I’ve been staying here for 10 days and it’s been a good experience overall. The staff are good, and the receptionist is very cooperative.

The rooms have good space and are kept clean. It’s a good hotel with good service, and the managers and employees are friendly and behave well.

The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the receptionist was nice too. Owner vibhuti sir was especially kind and helpful. In this unfamiliar city, he guided my auto wala to the location. Without him, we might have wandered around for another 1 hour. 5 stars.

The room was unhygienic, and the service was poor. Even the AC and fan weren’t working. A very bad experience.
