The staff were arrogant and rude, and they wouldn't let me check in. I'd booked through MMT, but they demanded at least 800 for one night and wouldn't honor the booking. I spent 6 hr dealing with 3 oyo hotel in Indore, and every oyo hotel refused the online booking and asked for at least 800 for a night. They play a trick: they don't let you check in, then check you in afterward, so your payment gets locked or lost. Don't book online if you don't want to go through this.

The room facilities were really poor. The washroom 🤮🤮, and the service was bad too.
