OYO 1535 Hotel Bee Town

My parents are in their 80s, and the staff wouldn’t even let them sit in the reception area. They were kept waiting until 3 am, and I’m writing this at that hour. The manager, Mr virendra, was horrible. We’d booked a room listed as able to support four people, but the booking said two max while the description said four, which was confusing. When we arrived, they wouldn’t let us inside and demanded thousands more just to check in, despite the hefty booking. We felt like crying. I called Fab hotels several times with no response. Please don’t book this hotel.

Please don’t waste your money here. The room, bed sheet, pillows, and toilet were dirty, and the AC wasn’t working properly. The jet spray pressure in the washroom was very high. They also charged extra for water bottles, dental kits, and soaps without giving a proper bill showing the MRP. The rooms and descriptions on the website didn’t match what was shown when we arrived, and we were charged more. Important warning.

The hotel phone was switched off early in the morning, the main gate was locked, and even the call center couldn’t give me another number. Staff weren’t apologetic either. They charged 1700 for early check-in, but the invoice showed only 236. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We booked through the hotel’s own website and phone numbers three months ahead, paid, and got a receipt with a booking ID. When we arrived, they said there was no booking under our name and no rooms for our dates. The management and service were awful, and the experience felt like a scam. Please don’t book this hotel online.
