It was hard to get into the hotel because it's tucked into narrow lanes, and the street looked very shady. Families and solo female travellers should avoid it. The room was shabby and nothing worked, including the telephone. There was no hot water in the taps, service was poor, and the staff weren't welcoming or polite. We didn't have a good experience at swati hotel.

The staff welcomed us warmly and were very kind. The restaurant next door, Suruchi, had quick service and sweet staff too, though the food was a little expensive. The air conditioning worked well.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were okay. The food was good too, with Gujarati and Rajasthani thalis on offer. Awesome hotel. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance. It was better than Hotel Grand Regency at new delhi, which I'd say to avoid completely.

We stayed four nights in a comfortable, nice room. The toilet shower could use a refurbishment, but it was still okay. The hotel is tucked away on a quieter street, and its location was exceptional, within walking distance of the metro. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a small spread, but it was good.
