Way overpriced for such a cheap hotel. The staff were humiliating and uncooperative, and even basic things like AC and TV were denied. They only provided a kettle and heater after I asked. Not worth it.

The room was horrendous, and I don't understand how this is rated three stars. There was only one towel for the two people booked in the room, the exhaust fan didn't work, and the wardrobe smelled awful. It hadn't been cleaned properly, the blankets were torn inside, and the bedsheets were stained. Service was just okay. Avoid this place.

The location is okay, but the rooms smelled damp, probably because they were shut during the winter. Staff seemed barely interested in helping.

I stayed for two days with my girlfriend and didn't run into any problems. Amar ji and sagar were great, always willing to help. Cleaning was mixed, and some rooms are very small or not so good, but for a budget hotel it was pretty good overall. I'd give embelishhh an 8 out of 10.
