OYO 26905 Hotel Aalishan

This was a miserable stay, and I wouldn't recommend it to families. The rooms were unhygienic, the bins weren't cleaned, and there was no running water in the toilet bowl or a mug for showering. Staff were irritating, often watching reels or lying on the reception couch in front of guests. Checkout is at 11:00, which feels unfair when you've paid for 24 hours.

The rooms were clean and well looked after, and I felt the hotel was safe. I left my earphone in the room, then called the hotel and they returned it to me. The management was amazing. I loved it.

They tried to get us to cancel through OYO and pay them less, then gave us an estimate bill under another hotel's name. The hotel's location was listed incorrectly, and the place had no TV and no working hot water. It was unhygienic, with long women's hair all over the room and empty cigarette packs under the beds. There was no way to call for service, so you had to yell for the staff. I've never seen an OYO with such poor standards.

After I paid for two rooms booked from 25th to 27th Dec, the manager refused check-in, citing COVID precautions, and told me to contact OYYO customer care to move the booking. I called the concerned team, but they refused too. The response was awful. OYYO asked me to cancel, and after I cancelled immediately, nobody would take responsibility for the refund.
