We were left waiting until 2:00 p.m. for check-in, then the rooms we saw were disgusting. One had water constantly dripping, another had a broken WC, and the one we stayed in had unhygienic sheets and bedspreads. The staff later refused to provide the breakfast listed as complimentary in our booking, telling us to take it up with Goibibo and saying they were from OYO. The customer service was pathetic throughout. We also had precious things stolen, and we're sure the staff did it, but they acted like it didn't matter because customers like us don't count. I wish I'd paid attention to the reviews. This was one of my worst experiences, and it didn't feel like a family hotel at all. I believe their revenue comes from some other illegal means. Naive customers shouldn't be lured in by an online presence; this hotel belongs in its “respective industry.”

I stayed here with my mother, father, and sister. The staff were polite, but they need stronger management and more professional service. There was no hot water in the bathrooms, though they brought some in a bucket when we asked. Bathroom fittings were broken, there wasn't a light bulb in the room, and half the lights didn't work.

There wasn't an active subscription to any TV channels. The bed sheets didn't look washed, and the pillow covers had what looked like pale white spots, so they certainly hadn't been washed either. The bathroom was dirty, with hair in a corner and an unclean toilet seat. A wet bathroom mat had been left on the chair, which was disgusting, and the handwash bottle was filthy, as if it had never been cleaned or refilled. Dust covered the mosquito net on the window, and the floor hadn't been mopped properly. I can't recommend anything about my stay at OYO 71689 Hotel S Pride.

The staff made the stay miserable. They were untrained, rude, and had no manners, and they wouldn't answer the phone. A very bad experience with this hotel. Avoid it.

We had to switch rooms a couple of times because the AC wasn't working. The rooms on the third floor also had rats above them, making it impossible to sleep. A really bad experience.
