The bathroom was tiny and dirty, and there was no dinner available despite a menu in the room. We were told to order online. We arrived around 1:30 a.m. after failing to find another suitable hotel, and our local guide dropped us here, so we felt stuck. The room looked nice at first, but water appeared on the floor, possibly from the AC. There was current in the room, and I got a shock from the charger socket and again in the morning because of the water. The receptionist and other staff were loud and rude, and they didn't know how to speak to women. A really bad experience.

The service was good, but the hotel itself was below average. The washroom wasn't clean and the AC remote didn't work. The tea I ordered came without sugar. I'm checking out today.
