OYO 28790 Hotel Metro

The rooms are the worst. The manager acted wickedly, threatening to give us a bad room if we booked through OYO and insisting we give all the money directly to him.

Absolutely avoid this place. I booked through goibibo, but on arrival the manager and his assistant demanded extra money, saying the online price was too cheap and they were losing money. He wanted me to book directly with him over the phone. Even after several calls from oyo and goibibo, he wouldn't give us a room. We were harassed for around 3-4 hours and had to stay at Hotel Satkar right beside it. He also asks customers to leave fake 5-star ratings, so don't trust the ratings on OYO or goibibo. He never checked us into his system, which meant I couldn't rate him on goibibo or oyo.

I booked and paid Agoda in full for four days, but OYO hotel metro wouldn't give me a room. They said the hotel doesn't honor online bookings from oyo, agoda, makemytrip, and others because those sites take a high commission. After an emergency call to the police, they let us stay for only two days. Agoda and the hotel still haven't returned the money already paid for the remaining days. The rooms, toilet, and towels were dirty. The hotel told me they'd returned all customers who came through online bookings. I believe this is an online racket in Indore, MP, INDIA to fool and loot customers. We'll take the hotel, oyo, and Agoda to the police, court, and media.

I want to change my rating to zero. The reception guy was misleading, the place was unclean, and rats were running around. The hotel staff were unfriendly. Don't book through oyo.
