Hotel expression indore is a good choice for a budget stay, with a convenient location and good services and rooms. They also handle corporate bookings for long visits from various offices. I highly recommend it.

The rooms didn't even have proper beds, and neatness was at zero. After taking it up with them, I got a very rude response. Worst hotel I've experienced.

The manager's behavior and the facilities were both absurd. I paid online after reading other five-star comments and seriously felt scammed. He asked for an extra ₹400-₹500 after I had booked and paid online. Book at your own risk. This hotel should be blacklisted on all hotel booking sites.

We had an Oyo booking, but when we arrived the receptionist refused to give us a room and spoke very rudely. He takes bookings through Oyo, then asks guests for more money when they reach the hotel and withholds the stay if they won't pay. I ask Oyo to take action against this practice. Pathetic experience.

They booked the hotel at a low price, then raised the rate when it was time to check in. One of the worst hotels I've seen in my life. I will never recommend it.
