The staff are genuinely helpful, and the small rooms are clean. You get what you pay for. Being right in the heart of Navlakha bus stand means the area can feel noisy, though inside the hotel I didn't feel much discomfort. That location may be a plus or a drawback depending on what you want. Nearby restaurants, both lavish and cheap, make eating out more affordable.

You might book here in an emergency, but it isn't up to standard. The rooms are very small, the bathrooms weren't clean, there was no phone service and no car parking. The surrounding area didn't feel suitable for a family booking.

The owner was the worst. He quoted me one set of charges, then after I submitted my ID document, demanded more and started behaving badly. The rating only goes down to 1, so that's what I've given it. Otherwise, it would be minus 10 stars.

I booked through the Yatra app and arrived at the hotel early, around 8am. They told me to cancel the booking and said I'd get a full refund. I never got the refund, and neither the hotel nor Yatra has responded. Don't book this hotel through the Yatra website.
