For around 1000 bucks, it's a cheap place and probably fine if you're very budget-conscious, out traveling during the day, and only need a bed for the night. If the price were higher, I'd give it two stars or less based on the facilities. We were there for three days with a bulk booking because of a marriage function nearby. The staff weren't arrogant, but they never once asked if we needed room service. There's no intercom to reach them either.

A good option if you're after a cheap hotel in Indore. Check-in and checkout were easy, the staff were kind and helpful, and it's in a great location. The fragrance and lighting were both really nice. There are plenty of downsides, though. The rooms are small and the mattress uncomfortable. Bathroom handles are broken, the fan makes a bad noise, and the washroom jet has very low pressure. The drinking water was dirty, so you have to order bottled water at MRP plus 10/- in service charges. The food is very expensive and poor quality, the TV has no paid channels, the WiFi has no internet, and outside noise is irritating.

Getting to the property means using the Bombay chemist service road near Bombay Hospital, Indore. Since it's newly built, the washroom fittings are loose and sometimes fall off, so those need attention. The AC and TV work, breakfast is good, and service was good too. Overall, I had a good stay 😃

The owners were pretty good. When we asked, they arranged rooms for us at their other hotel, about 50m away, and that place was good. The bathrooms on the 3rd floor here weren't clean, though, and there's no road out front or proper parking.
