The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast turned out surprisingly good. We paid ₹2800 for two rooms, which felt worthwhile, though the rooms themselves were basic, about what I’d expect at ₹1500 each. Music from the club downstairs carried on until around 11 PM. I wouldn’t call it family-friendly: people were drinking and dancing near reception and the rooms, which could make families uncomfortable. With friends, it’s a fun enough budget stay.

A woman at the front desk was especially gracious with check-in, our luggage, and other requests, and her attentiveness made the visit feel peaceful and pleasant. The hotel also let us check in and out a little late, which was a big help. Parking and luggage assistance were handled smoothly, always with a friendly smile. From arrival onward, the staff were warm, professional, and polite about every request. Thank you, Hotel Grand Shaurya, for the hospitality. We hope to visit again.

The rooftop café was a nice spot to unwind, and Firangi Bar downstairs offers guests 15% off the total bill. The hotel is in a posh part of Vijay Nagar, with plenty of cafés and places to eat nearby. My room was clean, well kept, and had the amenities I’d expect from a good 3-star hotel. Convenient and enjoyable overall.

There are great places to eat nearby, open until midnight, and the rooftop bar has live music for a lovely evening. The rooms are small but very neat.
