The Park Indore

I was staying here for a wedding, and the room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The breakfast selection was generous, with local options like poha. Front desk and housekeeping staff were very courteous. I needed to change a few hours after checking out, and they arranged it promptly. A good experience overall.

We booked the luxury pool side rooms, which were spacious enough for two, and cleanliness and service were both well handled. I got sick on the trip with a bad stomach infection, and when I asked for special food, the staff tried to find things they could make instead of just turning me down. They came across as warm, well-spoken, and well trained. We stopped at The Park for one night on our way back to Mumbai from Ujjain, where we'd gone for Darshan, and it was my mom's 65th birthday. I'd asked in advance for balloons and a little room decoration. We got an early check-in by an hour, so the room wasn't decorated then, but I mentioned to reception that I'd be out later, and they fixed it up really nicely while we were gone. I was genuinely impressed. At Radisson in Alibag, on an earlier stay, they argued with me about putting up more than 4-6 balloons and said it wouldn't be complimentary, even though we'd paid a lot more there than at the Park. The hotel is a bit farther from places like Sarafa, Chappan, and Saket, but with Ola and Uber the distance wasn't a worry for us. It could be an issue if you need to be in the city or the other side of Indore often, or plan lots of trips back and forth. I hope to come back for pool side drinks, which we missed this time because I was unwell.

The food and atmosphere were great, and the staff took extra care to make us comfortable. The property is well maintained, with rooms in good shape, and its location on MR 10 Road is convenient. I'd stay here again next time I'm in Indore.

The rooms are on the small side, but they're nicely furnished, and the bathroom was clean with good quality toiletries. Breakfast was all we ate here, and the spread was excellent, with everything tasting great. Staff were polite and helpful. It's very good value, and I'd happily come back.
