No room boys, no in-room phone, and not even an exhaust fan in the toilet. For what they charge, a local lodge in a slum area would give better service. This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in Bangalore. A horrible experience, and a waste of money.

The staff and service were okay, but breakfast was poor and the hotel rooms weren't good either. Outside, in front of the hotel parking area in Murugespalaya, there was a lot of garbage and other trash.

The food was tasty, though breakfast wasn't continental. There were only two or three fixed choices ordered from nearby. I could hear the bells from the Shiv temple right beside the hotel, which I liked, but noise from the mall behind it was also noticeable. Otherwise, everything was good.
