Fountain Tree by TGI

The food was one of the best parts of my stay, every meal flavorful and nicely prepared. The room was clean, spacious, and kept in good shape, and the staff were very polite and helpful. Getting around Bangalore was easy from this convenient location. I had a comfortable, pleasant visit and would recommend the hotel.

There’s a mini forest trail right across from Fountain Tree, and it was nice to go for a walk. The central location also has plenty of public transit, with restaurants below the hotel for other meal options. Staff at the front desk and elsewhere were excellent, kind, considerate, and respectful. My room was moderate in size and equipped well enough for a comfortable stay. It was clean enough, though the bathroom could have been cleaner. Breakfast was decent if you choose to have it. I had a good stay.

Dinner through their MMP plan was decent. I spent a week here and had a pleasant stay, with Joy and Kushan taking good care of me. Breakfast could use improvement, since there were very few South Indian options.

I booked three premium rooms, and every one of them was in terrible condition. There were pan spits on the back of the bathroom door, my room smelled of cigarettes, and my relative's room had used soap left in it. The rooms didn't feel fresh at all, and one door handle was faulty: unlike the other room we booked, it wouldn't close automatically. For 5000rs, the premium room isn't worth it. The hotel location is hard to recognize, too. It looked as if the beds had only been patted and the floor swept just before check-in. I've never had such a horrible stay.
