Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy One

Trump’s idiotic war had one upside for us: we ended up staying a few extra days at this marvelous hotel. The staff went above and beyond, and everything was top-notch. Breakfast was amazing, with all kinds of South Indian and European choices. We often finished the evening with a cocktail at the rooftop bar, where the drinks were delicious and the view was beautiful. The rooms were comfortable, with sumptuous beds, beautiful baths, and window shades you could control remotely, which I especially appreciated. The fitness center trainer was helpful even though we hadn't booked a training session. We also enjoyed the pool and had a lovely lunch there. One day our granddaughters came for tea, and one of them called it “the Best Tea Ever .”

A thoughtful upgrade from a deluxe suite to the Cityscape Suite made our birthday celebration feel extra special. The whole staycation for the weekend went smoothly, and every detail seemed to be handled without effort. Chaity, Jacintha from ghest relations, Sid, Tenzin, and Aman from Copitas, Uday and Joel from House keeping all showed warmth, care, and attention. They made each interaction feel personal and seamless, and the stay genuinely became one of our most memorable. We left grateful and full of good memories, and hope to come back soon.

The cocktails are the best, especially melt and tympe. akash shetty was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with a smile. His recommendations were excellent, and his professionalism and hospitality made our visit memorable. Staff like Akash make guests want to return. Highly recommended, and I hope to see him next time!

The other waiters were friendly and professional, and they represented the Four Seasons well. But one waitress, FIFI, made my birthday visit two days ago a bad experience. She was neither welcoming nor professional, which is hard to understand at a hotel where customer experience is meant to matter so much. One person shouldn't be able to leave regular customers feeling that the whole brand has let them down. Because of her, I wouldn't even give the visit one star.
