The room wasn't as pictured. There was no table, cigarette butts were lying around, the mattresses and bed coverings were horrible, and paint was peeling. The room was dim, with just one CFL bulb, and the AC was faulty. No Wi-Fi either. I was never offered water, and the complimentary breakfast was the worst I've ever had. It wasn't worth even 10% of what I paid. Even though I'd said I'd arrive late at night, I was left waiting outside because nobody was there to open the gate. I had no other option then, so I went ahead with the booking. FAB hotels should regularly check and audit the hotels on their platform. If this is their service standard, I won't stay with them again.

The rooms were spotless, with fresh linens, clean bathrooms, and dust-free surfaces that made me feel relaxed and safe. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate each day. The staff were friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived, and the team's efficiency made the stay feel easy. I highly recommend it for the hospitality and cleanliness, and I'll be back soon.

The room was so small that even staying with family, there was barely space to sit and eat together. I asked for an extra chair and didn't get one. When I requested a room change, the staff didn't respond or do anything. The washroom was comparatively larger but very unclean, and the flush didn't work properly. The hotel staff don't clean the rooms, which made the stay more uncomfortable. Outside was messy and poorly maintained, and the lobby smelled unpleasant. The location doesn't make up for it. Very disappointing and not worth staying.

I booked a hotel near the airport for 4:30 am and paid 300 rs. They assured me someone would be there and gave me a contact number. When I arrived around 5, the gates were locked and nobody was there or answering the phone. The service team kept giving me random numbers, sometimes connecting me to Gurgaon. Nearby hotels I tried were full. Eventually I got through on one of the numbers and was let in after standing outside with my luggage for almost an hour. Luckily it was a residential area, so I was able to manage. The rooms and cleanliness were poor too, more like a hostel.
