Fairfield by Marriott Pune Kharadi (Formerly Premier Inn)

The room was a great size and very thoughtfully designed, with a really good setup, a large TV, and plenty of parking. The location was great too. I stayed for two nights. Room service was slow, though the food was well made. The breakfast selection could be better, and some items were far too spicy for the morning.

For business travelers, the location is handy, with IT hubs, restaurants, and shops easy to reach. Fairfield by Marriott, Pune Kharadi has modern, well-kept rooms and stylish interiors. Check-in was smooth, and the professional, courteous staff handled guest requests promptly. The dining is good, with plenty of tasty options, though some dishes are a little pricey. The gym, pool, and lounge add to the stay, but a few areas could use better upkeep. A reliable, comfortable place overall, with a bit of room to improve.

We had a relaxing family breakfast, and the kids loved it. The room is small but has a pleasant atmosphere. Debsmita looked after us, polite, attentive, and well mannered without hovering. A very tall man whose name I didn't catch was just as attentive and polite. I hope they keep up this hospitality. For the price, the buffet spread was generous, and nearly everything tasted very good. There was a live counter for eggs and dosa, plus poha, Upma, bonda, puri sabji, shira, misal, fruit, juices, Cerelac, several kinds of bread and idlis, chutneys, sambar, parathas, tea, coffee, and pancakes. I especially loved the misal and omelette. Best wishes to the team.

The rooms are good, aside from the bathroom, which could be better. But for a Marriott property, the stay didn't deliver the expected experience. It felt more like OYO. Not many staff seemed qualified to answer questions, and the guards didn't care about parking for our car. The place is almost on the outskirts of Pune, which I didn't realize until we made the trip. At this price, you can find a better place to stay.
