The highway noise kept me awake all night, and the location is quite far outside Pune. The room, bedding, and overall infrastructure aren’t worth the high prices. Service was poor, and the receptionist was unnecessarily rude and aggressive. I won’t book here again.

The staff are very rude and there aren’t any good facilities. You have to call ten times before anyone responds.

The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, and the lift wasn’t working properly. The hotel is right on the highway, so it’s easy to reach.

The service was terrible, and the bar charges are double. The manager at reception spoke to me in very vulgar language. I didn’t like this hotel and won’t visit again.
