I booked through Agoda and reached a different hotel, with another name and location. The place I was taken to was nowhere near what appeared online, and felt misleading. My stay at Hotel AJ Residency Airport Stay, Pune was the worst hotel experience of my life. The room was unhygienic and poorly maintained, nowhere near what was promised, and basic facilities were missing. Staff were unprofessional, gave no proper explanation, and avoided responsibility instead of helping. I felt cheated and unsafe. I paid for something premium and got something cheap and low quality. It felt like a scam and a waste of my time, money, and peace of mind. I experienced a fake location and photos, a different hotel, poor service, no professionalism, and no transparency. I strongly advise everyone not to book this hotel. Save yourself the stress and disappointment. There are better, honest hotels in Pune. Strong no recommendation.

I was quoted 2200 r/s but charged 2500 rs. The hotel was in poor condition, and the support team didn’t respond.
