StayBird - Nest, Kharadi

I used to find this hotel well maintained, but my visit in February 2026 was disappointing. The rooms look clean at first, yet there’s a damp, musty smell, and they aren’t being kept clean. The service has gone downhill too.

The location worked really well for us, right by Zensar Knowledge Park and the busy food street, so it suited both work and free time. We stayed in a spacious, clean 2BHK service apartment, kept hygienic and thoughtfully looked after. It felt homey enough for a short or longer stay. Meals were fresh and tasty, with plenty of variety each day from breakfast through dinner. The staff were friendly, generous, and quick to help, which made everything comfortable. StayBird – Silver Oak, Kharadi went beyond what I expected, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Pune for business or a holiday.

Our company arranged the accommodation, and being so close to zensar office was a real plus. Breakfast was included and very good, and the staff were polite and easy to approach. Cleanliness was just okay in the rooms, though the bed and washroom were clean and comfortable to use. It’s more like a guest house with two rooms: you can book the whole place or just one room, which will generally mean sharing with someone else, while still having privacy.

The apartment was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bed linen was so dirty that we couldn’t use it, and the pillows and comforters seemed fit to throw away. We asked for fresh linen, but that was dirty too. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have no other choice.
