We checked out late at night after paying in advance, so we felt stuck with the place. The portal photos were misleading, service was awful, the washroom was in an unmanageable state and the linens were dirty. I asked for an extra mattress but got only a chatai. They had said a blower would be provided, then after check-in gave us a blanket and asked why we needed one. I’d suggest avoiding this place.

The location is good, but the amenities are poor. The toilet jet didn’t work, the sink pipe was broken, and the net wasn’t fitted properly. Prices depend on demand and shoot up during exam time.

They charge 2000 for an AC room with no luxury. The rooms were very dirty, and there was no soap in the washroom.

Both the catering service and the staff’s manner and service quality were unsatisfactory. The catering was very poor.

The taps ran muddy water, so I couldn’t shower or even wash my hands properly. There was a bad smell throughout the room, and both the mattress and bedsheets smelled too. Bugs and insects in the room made it impossible to feel comfortable. The toilet jet spray was broken and the flush didn’t work, which was inconvenient and unsanitary. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
