The prices are 1500 rs for non AC and 2000 rs for AC, but it’s overpriced and not worth the money. They don’t use a dg for backup because they want to save diesel, so there are electricity problems.

The room was good for the price, but the food left us feeling cheated. We ordered from the menu, then were told they had to get it from outside and the price might be a little higher or lower. The bill came to almost double the listed price. In the morning, we had to ask for breakfast even though we’d requested it for 8am, and had to wake the staff. They brought one slice of toast and a cup of jam. We didn’t accept it, and I asked for more toast and an omelet. At checkout they wanted over 300 roepies for breakfast, but I didn’t pay because it was included.

The rooms smelled bad and were very dirty, with stained sheets and a dirty bathroom. They charge 2k for a room that shouldn’t cost 200. They didn’t even provide water bottles, and the staff weren’t friendly. The worst stay, I’d never suggest this place.

The rooms are spacious, but the ACs don’t always work and the bathroom water stinks. There’s no lift, and check-in is a struggle. The building is newly built, painted red and blue, with OYO written on it, seemingly meant to attract OYO customers. The reception staff were inept: they used my phone to change a booking and ended up cancelling it. OYO couldn’t sort it out, and hotel staff rudely threw us out and wouldn’t even let us wait in reception. We booked another fantastic OYO room in Guwahati and moved.
