For budget travelers, it seems like good value for the location and service. The hotel is near Residency Road and transport links to the airport and railway. Guests often describe the rooms as clean and comfortable, with good AC and basic amenities, and the staff as polite and cooperative. Vegetarian meals and breakfast are generally tasty, although some have found the breakfast selection limited.

There are lots of food outlets nearby, and the hotel's location worked really well. The rooms were comfortable and clean, including the bathroom, and the staff were very polite. Breakfast was a highlight: a varied buffet with fresh ingredients, good portions, and delicious, well-prepared food. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

GM Mr. John made a real difference with his warm manner, professionalism, and personal attention. He made sure our stay felt smooth and comfortable, and that kind of commitment from management is rare. The property itself is well kept, with spotless rooms and a relaxing, premium feel. Cleanliness and service speed were both handled with care.

I booked this as the only three-star hotel on a nine-day trip where the rest were four-star stays, but this turned out to be the best one. We spent two nights in two rooms and had no complaints. I especially liked the location. There was a stadium right in front with a decent spread, and we could step out for tea and evening snacks.

The housekeeping team were the one bright spot. They were polite, supportive, and clearly tried to take good care of us. The rest of the stay was among the worst I've had. Package guests were treated poorly, especially at meal times, and the restaurant service was awful, with limited choices, bad food, and staff who made guests feel unwelcome instead of valued. The hotel's hospitality and guest handling fell badly short. I wouldn't recommend it.
