The staff refused to check my family and me in, even though we'd booked online and paid the full amount through agoda.com. The person at reception said the manager wanted cash upfront, claiming booking sites hadn't paid them for the past six months. He wanted us to cancel that reservation and book the same room directly with the hotel, at a higher price. We decided to move on. We contacted both the booking site and Oyo customer care, but neither took responsibility for the money, time, and energy we'd lost. The whole ordeal left us so stressed that we couldn't really enjoy the place. Please be careful. Plenty of hotel booking websites list the property without providing contact numbers.

They were listed on Oyo but apparently wanted to leave the platform, and their listing was still there. I'd already paid the full amount through Oyo, but they hesitated to give me a room, saying Oyo takes a commission and the offer made it too cheap. I cancelled the booking. After I contacted Oyo a few times, they refunded part of it and said by email the balance would be returned within 7 days. This was really irritating after travelling hundreds of kilometres to get there. 👎🏻

Really bad experience. At check-in, the staff member wouldn't accept the receipt or booking details, and the manager would only speak over the phone. If you're going with family, you could end up standing out on the road. That's what happened to me. The rooms were also in very poor condition. I'm giving one star so others know, and I'd advise people not to book this hotel through a booking app.

Booking through the Oyo app went badly. The room and bathroom were very dirty, and none of the Oyo amenities were available. The staff also behaved very badly.

The room and location were good, but the bathroom was tiny and not properly clean. There was a smell that remained even after it had been cleaned.
