Save your money and don’t stay here. They charge a lot, yet there’s no kitchen, no water, and no breakfast. You don’t get slippers, a shaving kit, or even a hand towel. The linens and sheets were dirty or torn, there were no hangers for clothes, and the cupboard couldn’t fit our bags. There’s no phone in the room to reach staff. You have to ring a bell like you would for medical help in a hospital. There’s no lift and nobody to carry luggage. They say they’ve been in business since 1985, but they’re missing the basics of looking after guests, and there are plenty more issues. Definitely not recommended if you want a comfortable stay.

The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, and being allowed to check in early saved us a few hours. I loved the beautiful French-style interior, and the location is handy, right on the main road with good restaurants and bus stops close by. They hadn’t put out enough towels for everyone in our group and there were no toiletries, but they sent them over as soon as we asked. We loved our stay.

The flexible check-in was one of the main reasons I booked here, and the stay was good overall. The room was neat and clean, though not very spacious, and the staff were friendly. Parking is a problem since there’s room for only three or four cars at a time. The TV remote wasn’t working either.

The hotel has easy access to public transport, plenty of good food nearby, and excellent cab service. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a nice ambience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a fantastic stay, loved it, and would definitely recommend.
