A good place to stay in Mumbai, about a 10-minute walk from CSMT metro station and close to the elegant General post office.

We kept getting bitten by bedbugs in the beds. It was absolutely horrible. The hotel itself was only average.

The location is very bad, and the rooms have poor conditions and damage, including bedbugs. They need proper maintenance. Very bad.

There isn't any car parking, which was a problem since I was driving from Pune. I had to leave my vehicle far from the hotel on the roadside, and the lanes leading there are very narrow. The service was poor too, and the person at reception was rude. In the morning, when I asked for a few bottles of drinking water, they told me to get them outside. The hotel looks fancy when you walk in, but the rooms reveal the real state: curtains falling down, chipped paint, and a shady feel. It looked good when I booked, but the rooms were very bad.
