The staff and rooms were fine, but the room had some serious design problems. There was no toilet window, and the exhaust fan opened into the room. The AC kept leaking water, and parking was awkward because of a triangular slope. We had to lift my 200 kg bike. They gave us only one towel, even after I asked several times.
It's a calm, cool place to stay, and one of the best nearby Radisson. The rooms have nice interiors, and the lift is nice too. The reception is down at -1 in the basement. Room service was a little slow, but manageable.
