Clean family hotel with good staff. It’s near Vijay Nagar, Chl Hospital, and lig square.

The rooms were poor, and the bathroom was in bad shape too. First, the receptionist refused my online booking, so I had to call OYO Customer care. They helped me sort it out, but the hotel and rooms didn’t match what was shown on the Oyo application.

The staff are polite, the locality is good, and the facilities felt safe and suitable for families and girls. What bothered me was the cleaning, along with rates that seemed too high for the room size. I’d give it 3/5 stars, taking off two just for the cleaning issue.

The room was handed to another guest even though my office had booked and paid for two days for me and my colleague. We arrived late and had to wait while it was cleaned, but it still wasn’t done properly: there was oil on the bedsheet and the wash basin was dirty. The rooms are too small to call this an OYO flagship hotel, and we had to ask several times for cleaning. They charge a 15% service charge, and there are extra charges for plates, bowls, forks, and other cutlery. A very bad stay.
