Fabhotel Kwality Inn

The room was good and clean, but the service wasn't. The AC wasn't working properly, and neither was the electric water heater. We paid 2500/- for one room, and they gave it to us even though they knew the heater didn't work.

When we arrived, the manager refused to give us a room, claiming our confirmation wasn't there even though we'd paid online while booking. He did this because he charged extra to guests already staying there who wanted to extend, I believe. The manager is the worst person to speak to, and he has no manners when talking to women. Staff didn't listen when we raised the condition of the room: it wasn't clean, the towels and bed sheets were torn and dirty, and the mattress was bad. A very bad experience. Fab hotels, I lost my trust in you after this.

The rooms are tiny and dirty, and staff don't listen. The manager speaks terribly to people and doesn't know how to speak properly. He'll charge thousands of rupees if you damage even a small item worth 100-200. The worst place to stay in Mira road.

Mice were running around in the ceiling in the middle of the night, which was startling and made it hard to sleep. It also raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene, as well as potential health risks. This reflects badly on the hotel's upkeep and should be addressed promptly so guests can feel comfortable and safe. I stayed here last week and wanted to share how this affected my stay. I hope the hotel takes the necessary steps to make stays more comfortable.
