The person handling service was courteous and did his best despite the limited circumstances. Still, there were many shortcomings: the TV didn't work, and the bedsheets and towels weren't sufficiently clean. Printed GST bills weren't available. Although payment was due on arrival, they kept sending emails requesting part payment to confirm the room. There was no breakfast, despite it being confirmed at booking, and no morning tea or coffee service in the room. There were few rooms, and they were very small. Water, including hot water, wasn't available around the clock. There was no intercom, so I had to call reception on my mobile for every service.

The toilets were awful, and the rooms weren't ready when I checked in, so staff made me wait. There were no dustbins, the door locking arrangement was improper, and the staff seemed untrained. The room also lacked basic items like bathing soap, moisturiser, and water. Breakfast wasn't provided, even though I selected it in the app. This was my worst experience. Don't book this hotel.

There are only a limited number of rooms, and they have very little space. The counter boy came across as a bit oversmart. The rooms and washroom were dirty.
