MakeMyTrip sent us to the wrong location, so we called the hotel for directions. That took us to a no-parking area, and we had to call again to find the actual entrance. Inside, there were only two pillows, so our heads kept hitting the hard headrest, and the blanket was small. The bathroom had just one towel for two people. The TV couldn't support USB, I think, and reception said they didn't know how to fix it. The price felt too high for the service and amenities.

The rooms were neat and well kept, and reception service was good. No delays.

It's a long-standing budget hotel in a central location, with clean sheets. Hot water is available, but check first, and they'll provide a tea or coffee kettle on request. It feels safe for women traveling alone since there's no bar. You'll need to arrange breakfast yourself; a good restaurant nearby opens at 11. Wi-Fi is available but unreliable. The room rates were always higher than the quotes on various sites, which was disappointing.

A decent hotel, very close to the bus stand.

The rooms are spacious and clean. I expected breakfast, but there's no dining area in the hotel. There are no geysers in the bathrooms either, so if you need a warm shower before an early trip, there's no option.
