The rooms are well designed, but the service was horrible. We checked in late at night and waited while someone said the kitchen was closed. That part was understandable, but nobody told us promptly. I called to ask and was told the staff were busy and would call back. When no one called, I phoned again 15 minutes later and only then learned the kitchen had shut. The receptionist or manager should have known and told me when I first asked. The outside food delivery was handled in a very inconsiderate way. The manager kept citing “hotel policy” and wouldn't let the delivery person come in or leave the order at reception. Even with staff present, we had to go all the way outside late at night to collect it ourselves. At a minimum, staff could have kept the delivery at reception for guests, especially at that hour. A little flexibility and thoughtfulness would have made the experience much better.

The food was good in quality and portion size, and service was generally prompt. Over my 4-day stay, I found the staff welcoming and courteous, and the hotel had a warm, comfortable feel. The rooms were well maintained. The menu, though, was monotonous and needs improvement.

The only thing we genuinely enjoyed was the ice cream. Most other dishes were disappointing, with little flavor and far too much sweetness. Even the butter chicken tasted as if sugar had been mixed in, with hardly any spice or balance. At a similar price, a regular restaurant can offer much better food. The ambiance also fell short of expectations. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both the food and the dining experience.

The staff were kind and humble during my 3-day stay, but the food quality was only okay. The Indian breads were black and burnt, and so hard to eat, or even look at. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, improves the food, and trains the chefs and kitchen staff.

We held a wellness event here. The swimming pool was clean, and so was the spacious banquet hall. The food was good, but the dining area felt small and cramped for our group.
