The Fern Residency Navi Mumbai, Turbhe, Series by Marriott

The rooms felt extremely small and had little warmth, ambience, or character, which wasn't what I'd expect from a Marriott Bonvoy-associated property. Sound also carried clearly through the shared walls, so conversations and TV from neighboring rooms affected our comfort and privacy. Breakfast was short on variety and below average in taste. On the positive side, the bathrooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were polite, helpful, and responsive.

The food really made my one-night stay at The Fern Residency, Turbhe: dinner was flavorful and beautifully plated, and breakfast had a huge range of choices. The chefs clearly do a great job with both local dishes and familiar comfort food. The modern property was well maintained, the room was spacious and very clean, and the high-end feel made it hard to get out of bed. Staff made me feel like a VIP from check-in. It's a convenient spot for people based in Navi Mumbai or traveling for business. Tucked away enough to feel quiet, it's still close to what you might need. For a solo traveler wanting a break or a couple looking for a weekend getaway, it hits the mark. I left feeling refreshed and very well fed.

Business travelers will find the Turbhe location convenient, especially for nearby industrial and corporate areas, though it's a little far from major tourist spots. The hotel offers clean, well-maintained rooms with the basic amenities, and a calm atmosphere that works for business or a short leisure trip. Staff are courteous and responsive, check-in is smooth, and assistance is prompt. Hygiene is good, the food is decent, and breakfast has a reasonable spread. In all, a comfortable, pleasant, and dependable stay that offers good value for money.

Mr. Raghav, the Restaurant Manager, and Mr. Sujit Sable from Book Events deserve much of the credit. Mr. Sujit Sabli was supportive, flexible, and available from the start, guiding us through planning, menu choices, and the event schedule so everything felt smooth and stress-free. Mr. Raghav and his service team paid close attention to detail and handled the event warmly and hands-on. The food was excellent, with impressive presentation and a thoughtfully chosen menu. Every dish was well prepared, flavorful, and served perfectly, and our guests appreciated it. The staff were polite, well trained, and happy to handle special requests, so our guests felt cared for.
