Royal Inn

The rooms were badly maintained, with ticks and bed bugs, and they didn't even change the bed sheets. The bathroom was unclean, the service was very poor, and they didn't refund the money.

We'd stayed here regularly before, but this visit was a mess. We'd checked the room rate online before coming, and they raised it when we arrived. The exhaust fan and door lock were broken, and the AC still leaks, leaving the floor slippery and potentially unsafe. Our room was missing a chair, and the key holder socket was broken. The staff were rude, especially the woman at reception.

Those mattresses were awful, and these rooms are third class. I'd regret visiting here for the rest of my life.

I usually visit and book a room for three hours for 800 rupees. Today, 23/10/2025 at 9:10 AM, the boy at reception wouldn't give me the same rate and asked for 1000, including 200 extra. I said I'd pay 1000, but he put only 800 into the hotel's account and took the other 200 for himself. It was the worst experience I've had there. Owner, please check who was on that shift and take strict action. His surname was (yadav). I've given the date and time.
