The price online didn’t match what they quoted at reception. My stay was a waste of money: the room was dirty, amenities were broken, the staff were rude, and customer service was nonexistent. Absolutely terrible. This place shouldn’t be operating as a hotel. Avoid it.

The guest rooms and washrooms were clean and orderly, and the location was convenient. Service was a little slow, though, and the hotel’s management needs improvement.

Management was just as bad as the staff. Everyone was extremely rude and unprofessional, with no cooperation, respect, or sense of customer service. Easily my worst hotel experience. I’d never stay here again or recommend it.

If you’re in a hurry to book, skip to the end. We paid for two rooms through agoda, with the correct number of adults, but when we reached the hotel in the evening, they showed only one room booked. I don’t know if agoda failed to confirm it or if it was the hotel’s booking issue, but agoda needs to look into it urgently. I showed the email details, and only then did they somehow agree to give us a room. It was a disaster. The floor was wet when we got there, the washroom was awful, and there was no soap or handwash. They didn’t provide towels. We had no water and had to ask for a bottle, which they charged for, even though hotels usually provide it free. The bathroom switch gave an electric current, which is unacceptable, and the extra mattress was wet. Please don’t book here.
