The room was neat and clean, and the restaurant served good food at reasonable prices. Free Wi-Fi was available too. Compared with other hotels nearby, I’d say this is the best.

The room itself was clean, but the bedsheets were stained, and the replacements we requested were even more marked. The bathroom bucket wasn’t clean, the mug had burnt spots on the bottom, and the towel and clothes rod was broken and missing. We got another bucket after asking. The toiletries at Hotel Jayashree Palace were already mounted on the bathroom walls and open to use, as though the same set might be used by multiple guests. I stayed with family for just one day, checking out around 930 am on 16th June 2024, and this was not a wow experience with Treebo Trend. The location is prime, but there’s no hotel parking. Staff told me to leave the car in the public area opposite. At booking, I was told breakfast was included in the room rate. On the morning of 16th June 2024, the rooftop kitchen was empty, and reception said it was Sunday so the kitchen was closed and no breakfast was available. That didn’t seem like the right way to serve a customer when breakfast was part of the reservation. Maybe this is the customer service Treebo Hotels provides through its local properties. I’d stayed at Ooty Treebo Trend Yantra 4-5 years ago, so I understood guests get a complimentary toiletries kit. I also had two contact numbers on my reservation sheet, one for the desk and one for the owner. The owner seemed careless and told me to call the office number only. If contact numbers are provided, the people answering them should be professional. Treebo Assistant Ms Fatima responded quickly when I made the reservation on 5th June 2024, but when I messaged her on the whatsapp number about the quality on 16th June 2024, she didn’t reply or pass my concerns to the feedback team. I won’t recommend this hotel for families, and I’ve decided to avoid Treebo Hotels from now on.

The room hadn’t been cleaned properly when I arrived, and although breakfast was meant to be included, none was provided. I was also charged ₹300 extra per room without warning, despite confirming the booking by phone, and charged for water that the booking said was complimentary. The staff were rude and unprofessional, which made an already disappointing stay worse. I don’t recommend it.

The service was good, and they cleaned the room right away when I pointed out it hadn’t been done properly before check-in. Still, the bedsheets were torn and the A.C. never worked, even after they tried to fix it. Thanks for cooperating and providing service, but some things need improvement. Please share the hotel’s phone number too, along with the Treebo booking number.
