The convenient location for tourists was the only real plus. The helpful staff were good, but the manager was unhelpful at best and rude at worst. The complimentary breakfast was nearly the same every day. At first glance the room looked good, but it lacked some basics: one room had no washroom exhaust and another didn't have proper locks. The hotel needs major changes before I'd call it a good stay.

Treebo Cherry Tree was a great experience for me, whether traveling for work or leisure. The location made it easy to reach nearby restaurants and transport, and the complimentary breakfast was fresh and tasty. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept. Staff were very polite and always ready to help with a smile. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The breakfast was the worst part, no taste and no other options, so you just have to eat what they serve. The restaurant wasn't clean, and people were sitting and eating on the stairs and spitting in the dustbin. The room was much smaller than the one shown on Treebo. The front desk didn't provide the essential toiletries Treebo says it offers, and there was no professionalism. Really pathetic experience.

I've stayed at Treebo properties around India many times, and they've usually been my first choice, but Cherry Tree in Indore was a letdown. Only the security staff were supportive. Service was poor, breakfast wasn't handled properly, and the staff seemed confused and unprepared. There was no coordination, things got chaotic, and several guests were upset enough to argue with staff. This isn't the standard I expect from Treebo. The company should review the property on-site urgently and take corrective action to protect the brand's reputation.

I found cockroaches in the poha at breakfast today, and they weren't even sorry. The response was basically, "What can we do, it must have come from somewhere," and "just eat something else." The manager and owner seemed completely uninterested.
