Treebo Shivani

I called Treebo Shivani, Indore several times to ask whether rooms were available, but each time they put me on hold and gave no proper response. After all those attempts, I still never got a clear or satisfactory answer. The customer service was extremely poor, not what I’d expect from a reputed hotel chain like Treebo. A very disappointing attempt to book.

The rooms we got had a bad smell that never went away, there was no room freshener, and the toilet flush was a nightmare. Breakfast in the morning was thrown together haphazardly. At reception, an old man supposedly managing the hotel had no etiquette when speaking to guests and seemed untrained in hospitality. I rarely leave negative comments, but this place pushed me to do it. Highly overpriced with poor service.

The rooms had problems across the board. Toiletries, the room lock, linen, electric kettle, breakfast, tea, all were the worst.

The bed was comfortable, the AC worked fine, and there was hot and cold water. We didn’t use the TV. The included breakfast was nice, with parathas and Poha, and the people were very humble. The room was generally clean, though some old trash had been left behind, maybe overlooked. We asked to have the door lock fixed because it wouldn’t lock, but nothing came of it. I liked the stay and could stay again if needed.
