The slow service interrupted our buffet dinner for seven, even though we had booked ahead. Water refills, clearing plates, and getting help all took longer than they should, and some dishes were slow to come back out. The setting at Wow Crest from Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) felt elegant and welcoming for a family meal or group dinner. There was a good range of food, from tasty starters and well-made mains to tempting desserts. Everything we tried was fresh, nicely presented, and satisfying, and the live counters made the meal more interactive. Staff stayed courteous throughout. With quicker responses and better coordination, the experience could live up to the IHCL name.

Our room stayed spotless and comfortable throughout, thanks to Sandeep and the Housekeeping team. We also appreciated how pet-friendly Wow Crest, Indore, IHCL SeleQtions was, including the amenities that made traveling with our dog Misha easier. The spa treatment from Ritu was relaxing, and her technique and professionalism made it a real highlight. Meals were delicious and beautifully presented, with prompt, attentive service from Ankush and the F&B team. From arrival onward, Priyadarshini and the Front Office team made check-in smooth and welcoming, with warmth and care that helped us feel at ease right away. Mr. Vidish Mhatre, the General Manager, deserves thanks too. His leadership shows in the service standards and the staff's warmth. We had a memorable stay that exceeded our expectations, and hope to return.

Mrityunjay at reception really made our stay at IHCL Indore, WOW Crest comfortable. He was thoughtful and courteous, helped us figure out local visits, and handled our requests quickly. His knowledge of the area and proactive help made a difference to our trip. It's great to see someone so committed to guests. IHCL is lucky to have him, and we hope management recognizes his effort. The rooftop restaurant dinner was better, and they also helped with takeaway breakfast boxes that were nicely done. Still, this is meant to be a value-for-money brand, yet the property feels like an old building that's been poorly refurbished. The phones don't work, service could be much better for an IHCL property, and the food and restaurants have plenty of room to improve.

Dinner at the rooftop restaurant was a treat, especially the mutton biryani and kebabs. Breakfast also had plenty of choice and tasted good, while in-room dining arrived promptly with courteous service. I had a comfortable stay at Wow Crest Hotel, Indore. The staff were welcoming the whole time, and the service was top-notch.
