We were there with friends for one night and had no major problems. The room was spacious enough for two, the food tasted good, and the service was fine, though we didn't need much. They had a DJ and you could sing too. The hotel is right on the road, so access is easy. Towels were the one issue, they were old. If you're coming with family, give everything a detailed check. Booking online cost less than booking offline.
The staff were nice, and this was one of my best stays in Itanagar so far. Keep it up, I'll visit again.
The peaceful atmosphere and lovely balcony view made my time at Hotel Supinsa especially relaxing. The place was hygienic, felt safe and welcoming, and the staff were polite, cooperative, and ready to help. Service stayed smooth and efficient throughout. My room was spacious, clean, well maintained, and had the basic amenities I needed. Being right in the market near the Secretariat made getting food and transportation easy. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and would recommend it to business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Itanagar.
The in-house restaurant and food were very good, and the staff were friendly, especially Twinkle at reception. Being near the civil secretariat in the heart of the city made it easy to get to most of my work. I had a wonderful stay and hope to return if I come to Iganagar again.
It was nice staying here. The staff were good, and Likha sonu is a very nice, humble person.
