Hotel Express 11

I've stayed here for quite a while and checked out just two days ago. Most of the staff are courteous, and I found both the stay and food very good. One supervisor, whose name might be Rajan, was very rude. His communication was poor, and he didn't treat guests respectfully. That was disappointing given how positive the rest of my experience had been.

I paid ₹1381, and it felt like every rupee was wasted. After being a regular at Express 11 for 3-4 years, this meal was such a letdown that I probably won't go back or recommend it. I don't have endless time or money for food that's overpriced and this poor. The service staff were polite, but the food was pathetic, with almost no taste. I ordered Butter Paneer Masala and got a completely different paneer gravy instead. Three of the first five rotis were burnt, which showed real carelessness in preparation. The prices are like a 5-star restaurant, while the quality was worse than a 2-star hotel. I've already submitted a feedback form, and I hope the Express 11 Team takes this seriously and makes corrections soon. I honestly didn't expect such careless service from a restaurant claiming these standards.

My stay was okay, though not great value for money. Services cost quite a lot for what's offered, there's no gym, and the staff's behaviour could be better. I stayed in a suite on 01 Feb 26 and ran into a few issues at first, but they were sorted out later.

The front office team were professional, courteous, and organized, and their coordination and attention to detail made my visit smooth and enjoyable. The Express 11 team was very supportive and had planned a wonderful new year event.
