I booked online through booking. Com, but the hotel turned me away at check-in. The owners and booking. Com handled it uselessly and unprofessionally. Never book a hotel in Puri online. Pay only after you arrive.

I booked this hotel online, but they refused to let me check in. The way they handled it was completely unprofessional. Don’t book this hotel online or you’ll get cheated.
