Goroomgo Gurmukh Jabalpur

OYO customer service eventually moved my booking to another hotel and paid the extra cost, so thanks to them for sorting it out. At this hotel, though, staff wanted another 60-70% of the original price even though I had already booked and paid through OYO. They couldn't explain why and kept me waiting for nearly an hour. I'd never had anything like this happen at a hotel before, and this place was a complete waste of time.

The washroom was filthy and so cramped I could barely stand in it. The room itself was tiny, with a cement bed and a mattress so hard you could crack a coconut on it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It seems suited only to hourly stays, so avoid it.

For 1000, I got a room that felt like a washroom. The bathroom was clogged, and the flush didn't work.

The room was in terrible shape and smelled really foul. Staff were rude, and I had so many problems here. Couples should avoid checking in. This was the worst hotel I've experienced.
