Hilton Garden Inn Jabalpur

I’d love to see tea and coffee available in the lobby, where there are nice places to sit while waiting or relaxing. The digital key synced with my phone and made getting into the room easy. My room was comfortable, clean, and well designed, and the modern, tech-forward hotel felt relaxing overall. The staff were welcoming and polite. There were a couple of service gaps: one day the main coffee machine broke, and there seemed to be no backup anywhere in the hotel. Another time, I ordered a Perrier before heading out and waited about 15 to 20 minutes to be told it wasn’t available. Faster updates matter when guests are on the move. With better communication and backup planning for basics like coffee, this well-maintained hotel could be great from start to finish.

During my four-day stay, the staff were dedicated and efficient. Mr. Kamaljeet, the Head Chef, personally looked after the guests with real professionalism and courtesy. He’s one of the finest chefs I’ve experienced. Breakfast had a great range of delicious, high-quality food, and the live paratha counter stood out. Ms. Vandana ran it very efficiently, while the live tea counters and the rest of the breakfast setup were also well planned and smoothly managed. This newly built hotel is exceptionally well maintained, and the team deserves appreciation.

The hotel felt peaceful and calm, and our attendee Suresh was polite, humble, and gave very good service. But the paneer and mushroom we ordered didn’t taste good at all.

The rooftop pool and bar were a highlight, with lovely city views. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and its wide choice of tasty food. The rooms were spotless and luxurious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. With restaurants and shops nearby, the location worked perfectly for me. My stay was unforgettable, and I’d happily return to the Grand Luxury Hotel.
