The rooms at bk castles Jabalpur were lovely and comfortable, and the staff made sure the whole stay felt welcoming. I really enjoyed the fairytale-like atmosphere. It was a special visit from start to finish, and I’m already hoping to come back. I’d happily recommend this place for a magical break. ✨🏰🏨 #HotelReview #JabalpurDiaries #TravelGoals

Cigarette smoke seemed to be coming from every room, and even the premium room was in terrible shape. The sheets and washroom were dirty too. What we saw in person didn’t match the rooms shown on the website, and the reception staff didn’t communicate clearly. A very poor stay.

The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly at M Square Hotel (A unit of BK Castle). We especially enjoyed the food at Mejwani Restaurant, it was tasty 😋. Had a fantastic stay and would recommend it! 👍

Mr. Jatin was a lovely gentleman who helped us out. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had the basic modern amenities, while the polite staff were quick to assist. B K Castle is easy to reach and works for family visits or business trips. It’s a calm, comfortable place with decent value for money and a pleasant stay.

We had a great time at our conference in the clean mahfile hall, and the food was delicious. Thanks for the warm hospitality. Mr.Ajay and Shishir chef are nice people.
